For a combined 88 years, Foundation Center and GuideStar each helped change the world by giving people the information they needed to do good. 

But the world faces growing challenges: polarization, climate change, technological revolution, and poverty and inequality. That’s why we combined our talent, technology, data, and leadership to become a new organization, Candid. There is so much more we can do together—for our customers, their causes, and the world.

Candid is a new organization—with a fresh way of talking and looking—but everything we say and make reflects the values we’ve always shared. This style guide gives us the tools we need to bring our best to every communication, from a Tweet to an email newsletter to a full ad campaign. These tools are for all of us, not just our designers and communications team. We are all part of making Candid what it is and what it can be.
